    Sep 2024 – Apr 2025

    Co-op Student, Insights & Research

Turned survey data into recommendations leaders acted on, and moved a research team onto new tools.

Analyzed over 15,000 survey responses in Power BI, which led managers to review unclear follow-up instructions and led to targeted outreach for smaller employers with low awareness of safety resources. Compared eight knowledge management platforms with another co-op student and recommended one to a senior director; the team adopted it. Published the team’s first live Qualtrics survey, ran a workshop to help colleagues switch, and built and tested 25 surveys. Cut a recurring archive task from two hours to under 30 minutes with Power Automate and Power Query.

  4. Philip Morris International

    Aug – Nov 2023

    Sales Representative

Introduced a new product to customers one on one during its launch.

Averaged 35 qualified customer interactions per shift, 59% above the target of 22, and met or beat my KPIs every month. Hosted brand events at partner venues for 30 to 40 guests each.

  5. Key Fincorp Services

    May – Aug 2022

    Capital Markets Intern

Researched six listed companies for a capital markets team in Mumbai.

Compared three years of revenue growth, EBITDA margins, leverage and cash flow across renewable energy and real estate companies. Flagged one company trading near 8× EV/EBITDA against a peer median of about 10× for further research, which helped the team narrow its focus to two companies. Presented the findings in company summaries and slides.
